With training from top manufacturers, along with state-of-the-art facilities, offering 24/7/365 service and monitoring, you can rest assured knowing we will meet your needs promptly, and that your equipment will be safe and secure until you need it. And once we’re done, our technicians offer positive proof of repair by providing a test page or other means.
Logistics and Warehousing
We have 31 regional warehouses across the U.S., allowing us to house and access inventory within 6 hours for 98% of the country and the capability to bring additional units online as needed. This gives us the capacity and scalability to support, maintain and enhance our customers’ physical infrastructure.
On top of that, our third-party logistics (3PL) network allows us to leverage all freight providers to offer both routine point-to-point freight movement, as well as the most satisfactory white glove freight service available.
Break/fix
Our break/fix capabilities allow for maximum convenience for our customers. As part of our commitment to quality service, Velocity offers a hot-swap program that allows us to provide advanced replacement of a new item to get the site up and running, and then a return of the non-functioning unit for repair.
So, if your router dies, we’ll ship you a new part while the old part gets fixed. This ensures that a necessary repair doesn’t derail the day-to-day operations of your business!
